To make sure our consumers can use our products without worries, we will provide relevant warranty services for all products under Rezch brand. Please refer to the below chart for detailed warranty timeline and return conditions. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law (if applicable). If your products are purchased from our official channels (including offline stores & online flagship stores), we will provide warranty services directly, if not please contact your local vendors/agents/distributors.

Warranty Services
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Rezch or Rezch’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase (see top of page for your product’s warranty timeline). 

Rezch’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase. 

Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Rezch’s authorized distributors and retailers, are handled through the store themselves. 

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Rezch will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device. 

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Process
1. Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
2. Rezch must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
3. The defective serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
4. It maybe necessary to return an item for quality inspection
5. For defective items that Rezch needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Rezch or if the defective item is not returned.
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to). 
Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations.
1. Returning products any other reason than a proven defect
2. Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
3. Buyers accidental returns
4. Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Rezch quality control to be in working condition
5. Returning defective items in international shipping
6. Costs asociated with unauthorized returns (any returns made out of the aproved warranty process).
Not covered under warranty:

1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
2. Lost or stolen products
3. Items have expired their warranty period
4. Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
5. Free products given by Rezch or its partners
6. Damages from outside sources
7. Damges of misuse products
8. Purchases from illegitimate resource
Warm reminder:Rezch will not take any responsibilities for personal data loss during the inspection or repair, please backup your data before returning the products.
Rezch reserves the final interprenation right of above terms.
